TRAK™ is a complete automation and tracking system designed for healthcare facilities that manage large volumes of flat and packed linen. Using "UHF RFID technology", TRAK™ allows for real-time visibility and control of items throughout their entire lifecycle — from washing and storage to delivery, use, and collection at the customer’s facility.

The system’s hardware and software can be configured to adapt to customer needs and workload, and to the available spaces and organisation of the work phases.

How TRAK™ Works

The TRAK™ system integrates multiple components that work together to ensure total control over scrub and linen management:

  • RFID (UHF) Tags: Each garment or linen item is tagged with a durable RFID chip to enable individual tracking throughout its lifecycle.
  • Control Stations: Fixed or mobile RFID readers placed at key points (e.g., wash entry, packing, delivery, return) detect item movement in real time.
  • Dedicated Software: Powerful backend software processes tag data to monitor flow, detect anomalies, and generate operational reports.
  • TRAK™ Management System: A centralized platform to configure workflows, manage users, view statistics, and integrate with ERP or customer portals.
